We went tubing at Norquay in Banff on New Years Day. I've never done this before. It is very scary. The tubes go at extremely high speeds and you have absolutely zero control. And NO HELMETS

bathroom manners

A day at preschool in November:

Rowan goes to preschool on Wednesday and so does her best friend Aubrey. Well, one day when Aubrey went to the bathroom, Rowan decided to help her. When the teacher saw that Aubrey was in the bathroom she went to help. When she opened the door, there was Rowan who said, "Don't worry Jamie. I already helped Aubrey wipe her bum."

Christmas FUN!

Christmas was spent with the Coleman Crew in a secret cabin in the woods outside of Kaslo! It was a wonderful Christmas with plenty of snow, delicious meals, lots of laughs, oodles of smiles for 3 whole nights!
